Sandra Gobert is an M&A lawyer and an expert in corporate law, including public-law companies and financial institutions, corporate governance and sustainability regulation.
She is an entrepreneur and has served as an executive and non-executive director of companies since 1991, including as chair. She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1992. In 1998, she founded the E.E.I.G. Law Link – the Global Law Group, followed by the law firm Sub Rosa Legal in 2006. In September 2024, Sub Rosa Legal was integrated into Andersen in Belgium, where Sandra Gobert is currently a Partner and a member of the Board of Directors.
Sandra Gobert combines in-depth legal expertise with extensive experience and a solution-oriented approach, drawing on her leadership and management experience across a range of environments.
She also lectures in academic and executive education programmes, is the author of national and international legal and non-legal publications, and speaks on corporate governance, diversity and sustainability.

On February 26, 2025, the European Commission presented a proposal to significantly simplify EU rules on sustainability reporting. This affects the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D), the Taxonomy Regulation, and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM). This is being done through an “Omnibus Simplification Package.”
