Sidney Van Ommeslaghe

Sidney Van Ommeslaghe joined the bar in 2014 and previously worked as a legal professional and legislator.

His practice at the bar focuses on litigation before civil and commercial courts and on contract law, including real estate contracts (lease, sale, business real estate) and commercial law contracts (terms and conditions, corporate and commercial contracts).

Sidney is experienced in complex litigation involving several branches of law and sometimes several lawyers and/or professionals.

He also has extensive experience in negotiating amicable settlements, both before and during proceedings.

In addition to the above, Sidney also pleads before the criminal and police courts. In addition to his personal practice, Sidney Van Ommeslaghe has worked in synergy with the Andersen in Belgium team since 2019, in the real estate, commercial, and economic law practice. As a trilingual lawyer, he has taught aspects of Dutch legal terminology at the university since 2017.
