Who are we looking for?

To strengthen our Real Estate practice, we are looking for two Associates with 3 to 6 years of experience: one French-speaking and one Dutch-speaking. If you are passionate about real estate law and aspire to work in a dynamic and professional environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Your role:

• Advising developers, investors, owners and companies on their real estate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, project development).
• Drafting and negotiating agreements: sale agreements, commercial leases, construction contracts, rights in rem (long lease, building rights).
• Conducting real estate due diligence.
• Advising on urban planning, permits and environmental law.
• Handling real estate disputes.

Your profile:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university (or equivalent) with strong academic results.
• You are admitted to the Bar and have 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate law.
• Your mother tongue is French or Dutch; a good knowledge of the other national language and of English is an asset.
• You are client-oriented and service-minded, always putting the needs of the client first.
• You work well both independently and within a team.
• You have excellent drafting, communication and networking skills.
