Who are we looking for?

We are seeking talented French-speaking Senior Associates or Counsels to join our Corporate Law and M&A practice. If you are passionate about law and aspire to work in a dynamic and professional environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Your Profile:

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university with strong academic results.
• French is your native language, and you are proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• You have a strong interest in or knowledge of Corporate Law and M&A, and at least 3 to 4 years of experience.
• You are client-oriented and service-minded, always putting the needs of the client first.
• You work well both independently and within a team.
• You possess excellent communication and networking skills.
